I was wondering if it was possible to have an IVR system read a customers account and playback the balance on the account. If this can be done without too much modification to DTH, how would I configure Asterisk?

Actually, we are currently working on custom context which can read the current balance and play it back.

This would be a custom context we would supply and you would just have a number for customers to dial into which would point to this context.

It will require that you are running our Customer Web portal though.
